Ingredients
- 400 g cooked chickpeas
- 80 g Mediterra tahini
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Quick Lemon lemon juice

- 3 to 5 tablespoons cold water
- 3 tablespoons Mueloliva extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Gadesal salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Mediterra ground cumin (optional)
Step-by-Step Preparation
- Mix tahini and lemon
In a food processor, blend the tahini with lemon juice until creamy.
- Add garlic and spices
Add garlic, salt, and cumin, then blend again.
- Add chickpeas
Gradually add the chickpeas while blending until smooth.
- Adjust texture
